Tin-Based Babbitt Bushing (babbitt bearing sleeve) is the core load-bearing component in steam turbine shafting and steam turbine sliding bearing systems, whose performance directly determines the operational stability, safety and service life of large rotating equipment. Our high-strength tin-based babbitt alloy bushing uses high-strength alloy steel as the base material, with 90% of the working surface lined with high-density tin-based babbitt alloy, specially engineered for high speed, high temperature and heavy load harsh conditions. It is a critical basic part to protect rotor journals and avoid unplanned downtime for industrial clients.
Our tin-based babbitt alloy bushing delivers excellent anti-galling properties, outstanding embeddability and conformability. Even under fluctuating lubrication or short-term abnormal operation, it effectively protects high-value rotor journals from wear, greatly reducing equipment damage risk and unscheduled maintenance costs for industrial clients.
The inner surface oil groove adopts optimized hydrodynamic design, matched with high-precision machining and manual scraping technology, which can quickly form a stable uniform oil film, effectively reduce friction coefficient and equipment vibration, and significantly improve long-term operation smoothness of steam turbines.
Through precise control of babbitt alloy composition and centrifugal casting process, our products achieve dense alloy structure, strong bonding force and uniform thickness, ensuring long-term operation without peeling or delamination under alternating heavy loads.

Our steam turbine sliding bearing babbitt bushing is widely adapted to core equipment in heavy industries, including industrial steam turbines, power generation steam turbines, marine propulsion systems, hydropower and thermal power units, and various large rotating machinery. It maintains stable performance under long-term harsh working conditions, fully meeting strict requirements of industrial operation, power generation and marine engineering projects.

We strictly select high-strength steel or alloy steel as the base material, with high-purity tin-based babbitt alloy as the lining, with strict element composition control to ensure stable material performance.
The standardized machining process includes:
Rough and finish turning of the outer circle to control roundness and dimensional accuracy;
Precision milling of keyway with strict tolerance control;
Precision boring of inner hole to ensure coaxiality and surface precision;
Manual scraping of working surface to meet oil film formation requirements of white metal bearings.

After finish machining, the inner hole size is measured and calibrated. Measuring tools are used to detect the inner diameter size, ensuring compliance with drawing and technical requirements.
After finishing the main machining process, the bushing is subjected to Ultrasonic Testing (UT), which is used to check whether internal material defects such as inclusions, shrinkage cavities, or cracks are present.

A reciprocating compressor is a critical industrial machine that converts mechanical energy into gas pressure energy. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food and pharmaceuticals, electronics and semiconductors, and hydrogen energy.In March 2026, a Chinese manufacturer successfully achieved mass production of a Class 0 oil-free reciprocating compressor, breaking the long-standing monopoly of overseas companies in high-end oil-free sealing technologies.
As industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation accelerate, the reciprocating compressor, as a core piece of equipment in industrial production, has become a key focus for enterprises seeking higher operational efficiency and improved system reliability.
A steam turbine is the core power equipment that converts high-temperature steam thermal energy into mechanical energy. It serves as a critical component in industries such as thermal power generation, nuclear energy, and petrochemicals.
Replacing a Thrust Bearing is often treated as a simple maintenance task, but in real industrial equipment it is rarely that simple.
Many bearing problems do not begin after months of operation. They begin on the day the part is installed.
A failing Thrust Bearing rarely goes from normal operation to complete damage in one step. More often, the warnings appear gradually: a little more heat, more noise, rougher running, or a small change in axial position.

A rotating machine is never only about turning speed. Inside the system, axial force, heat, and lubrication conditions are constantly changing.
A machine may run smoothly for a long time and still develop one serious issue: unwanted axial movement. When a shaft shifts in the wrong direction, rotor position becomes unstable, or metal surfaces begin to wear faster than expected, the problem often points to the Thrust Bearing.
