The 35 Steel Bearing Seat for White Metal Bearing Systems adopts 35 cast or forged steel matrix with optimized load distribution design, which has extremely high tensile strength and deformation resistance. After completing the main machining process, the lower shell of the bearing seat will undergo surface penetrant testing (PT) to check for cracks or manufacturing defects on the outer surface and critical areas, in order to ensure structural safety and long-term operational reliability. For application scenarios with high requirements for sealing performance and assembly quality of white metal bearings, the product can also undergo kerosene leakage testing to further verify the processing and assembly quality through sealing testing of the joint surface and key parts.


After completing all processing and testing procedures, the lower shell of the bearing seat will be cleaned and protected to prepare for the subsequent assembly of the white metal bearing liner and the installation of the entire bearing system.
