Product Description
Exhaust valve is a critical control part on compressor cylinder end cover.It automatically opens at the end of the compression stroke to discharge high-pressure gas into the exhaust chamber or exhaust line, then rapidly closes during the return stroke or upon exhaust completion to prevent backflow of high-pressure gas. This ensures the efficiency, stability, and safety of the compression process.Installing on reciprocating compressor cylinder cover(or Valve chamber),is the critical component to accomplish gas unidirectional release.
In the end of piston compressor stroke,when inside cylinder pressure is higher than exhaust chamber pressure plus when valve opens under pressure differential.Outlet valve will automatically open under gas pressure and then discharge compressed gas.When piston reverses direction and returns,and the pressure inside cylinder decreases,valve block under differential pressure/spring force/its own elastic rebound effect quickly closed to prevent high-pressure gas backstreaming,so that ensure volume efficiency、temperature rise control and operating reliability.
Our product focus on the design、create、 repair and upgrade of Reciprocating compressor discharge valve.Our product involves ring valves, disc valves, strip valves, and other mainstream structures, accommodating diverse rotational speeds, pressure ratios, and media conditions.Compressor outlet valve serves as the core component for high frequency opening and closing.Its flow resistance, dynamic response and fatigue life directly determine the volumetric efficiency, exhaust temperature, energy consumption and reliability of the compressor.

Our design and manufacturing target is to achieve "low pressure drop + rapid opening and closing + long lifespan". In terms of structure and flow channels,we adopt the strategy of upgrading flow channels and lift control.Balancing effective flow area and valve plate impact velocity to reduce exhaust pressure drop and temperature rise.
In terms of main material and heat treatment,specific to different medium and temperature ranges,providing different kinds of valve block material/heat treatment lines (high fatigue strength、corrosion resistance、impact resistance) and significantly enhance the crack resistance and chipping resistance of valve plates through processes such as edge stress relief and surface strengthening.
In terms of sealing and assembly,the discharge valve seat sealing surface employs precision grinding/lapping processes to strictly control flatness, concentricity, and sealing band consistency, ensuring low leakage and stable reseating.
To make sure batch consistency and traceability,we build the whole quality control such as raw material、heat treatment、machining、assembly to final verification,involving 100% inspection of key dimensions,hardness and metallographic sampling traceability.if it’s necessary,it will adopt Non-Destructive Testing(such as PT/MT) and can provide airtightness/leak verification, dynamic opening/closing verification, and pressure drop assessment data according to requirements.Through a closed-loop “design-manufacturing-inspection” process, we help customers reduce exhaust port valve failure rates, extend maintenance intervals, and enhance unit continuous operation capability.
Packaging & Shipping
1. Inner Protective Layer
All critical surfaces of the product, such as machined areas, mating surfaces and end faces, are coated with anti-rust oil or other suitable protective agents. The parts are then wrapped with VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or similar protective materials to isolate air and moisture and reduce the risk of corrosion during transportation and storage.
2. Cushioning and Fixation Layer
Cushioning materials including pearl cotton, foam or rubber pads are applied around the product to absorb vibration and impact. According to the product structure, customized supports or positioning blocks are installed inside the package to prevent rolling or movement and to keep the product stable during transport.
3. Outer Reinforced Packaging
The outer packaging adopts a reinforced export wooden case or other high-strength packaging with sufficient load-bearing capacity, suitable for sea, land or air transportation. Handling marks such as center of gravity, lifting points, moisture protection and anti-tilt symbols can be added based on customer requirements for easier handling and identification on site.
4. Customized Packaging Options
Packaging solutions can be adjusted according to customer requirements, including protection level, cushioning method, fixing structure and outer case design, to suit different transportation conditions, destination ports and project site requirements.
