Our 38CrNi3MoVA forged drive shaft is optimized through forging and heat treatment processes, with excellent tensile strength, impact toughness and anti-fatigue performance. It can withstand long-term alternating axial and radial loads without deformation or fracture, fully adapting to harsh working conditions of heavy-duty rotating equipment.
Through strict control of straightness, coaxiality and dimensional tolerance in the whole machining process, our thrust shaft achieves ultra-high transmission accuracy, effectively reducing transmission loss and equipment vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring stability and efficiency of the full power transmission process.
The forging and controlled cooling process ensures uniform and stable internal microstructure of the shaft, no internal defects such as inclusions and shrinkage cavities. It maintains stable performance under high temperature, high humidity and corrosive environments, meeting strict requirements of marine and industrial engineering projects.

Our marine propulsion system forged thrust shaft is widely adapted to core transmission equipment in heavy industries, including ship propulsion systems, industrial steam turbines, hydro turbines, thermal power generating units, and various heavy-duty rotating machinery. It maintains stable power transmission performance under long-term high-load continuous operation, fully meeting strict requirements of shipbuilding, power generation and heavy industrial manufacturing projects.
We strictly select premium 38CrNi3MoVA alloy steel as the base material, with strict control of chemical composition to ensure excellent mechanical properties such as strength, toughness and fatigue resistance required by heavy-duty transmission.
The standardized manufacturing process includes:
Forged blank forming: Upsetting to improve metal structure density, drawing to form designed shaft shape;
Heat treatment and controlled cooling: Relieve internal stress and obtain uniform microstructure;
Multi-stage turning: Rough, semi-finish and finish turning to control dimensional accuracy step by step;
Surface grinding: Optimize surface quality of critical journal sections.
We fully support custom forged propulsion shaft manufacturing according to customer drawings, which can be tailored for different load, speed and working condition requirements, compatible with multiple international marine and industrial technical standards.
Centering on trunnion bearing and intermediate shaft bearing systems, we provide full supporting manufacturing services for key components of ship propulsion systems, including intermediate shaft, marine thrust shaft, Michell bearing assembly and matching bearing structural parts, helping industrial clients build a stable and reliable power transmission shaft system.

To ensure product quality, each marine thrust shaft undergoes multiple inspections:
Run-out Test: checks straightness and coaxiality to meet assembly requirements.
Roughness Test: verifies surface quality of critical shaft sections.
Magnetic particle testing (MT): detects potential surface defects.
External diameter measurement: precise measurement using micrometers.

This systematic inspection process ensures that every thrust axle meets design specifications and operational requirements before delivery.
We adopt a multi-layer protective export packaging solution:
Inner layer: All critical machined surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with VCI anti-corrosion paper to isolate air and moisture;
Cushioning layer: Full-wrap pearl cotton, foam rubber pads and customized anti-rolling support blocks to avoid impact, displacement and deformation;
Outer layer: Heavy-duty export wooden case with high load-bearing capacity, suitable for sea, land and air transportation.
Fully customized packaging solutions are available according to client's transportation and project requirements, including protection grade, cushioning method, fixing structure and outer case design, to adapt to different long-distance transportation conditions and destination port requirements.

A reciprocating compressor is a critical industrial machine that converts mechanical energy into gas pressure energy. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food and pharmaceuticals, electronics and semiconductors, and hydrogen energy.In March 2026, a Chinese manufacturer successfully achieved mass production of a Class 0 oil-free reciprocating compressor, breaking the long-standing monopoly of overseas companies in high-end oil-free sealing technologies.
As industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation accelerate, the reciprocating compressor, as a core piece of equipment in industrial production, has become a key focus for enterprises seeking higher operational efficiency and improved system reliability.
A steam turbine is the core power equipment that converts high-temperature steam thermal energy into mechanical energy. It serves as a critical component in industries such as thermal power generation, nuclear energy, and petrochemicals.
Replacing a Thrust Bearing is often treated as a simple maintenance task, but in real industrial equipment it is rarely that simple.
Many bearing problems do not begin after months of operation. They begin on the day the part is installed.
A failing Thrust Bearing rarely goes from normal operation to complete damage in one step. More often, the warnings appear gradually: a little more heat, more noise, rougher running, or a small change in axial position.

A rotating machine is never only about turning speed. Inside the system, axial force, heat, and lubrication conditions are constantly changing.
A machine may run smoothly for a long time and still develop one serious issue: unwanted axial movement. When a shaft shifts in the wrong direction, rotor position becomes unstable, or metal surfaces begin to wear faster than expected, the problem often points to the Thrust Bearing.
